I felt my actual analysis of the ad needed to have a better steady flow to the way I organized it. I also felt I needed more details to convince my reader that my thesis is reasonable. Now that I’ve participated in the rough draft workshop I believe my introduction is still the strongest aspect to my paper, I gave a lot of background information and tried to related ad make connections to the reader. I don’t think my paper is as deep as it should be, I don’t read into things very much so it was hard to pick apart this ad. My peers did not give me much feedback on my paper other than ways to organize some of my thoughts better. I added in more details on attempt to convince my readers that my thesis statement was accurate. At first I had no clue on wanted to write my paper on, until I seen a “Got Milk?” up in an elementary school. I googled “Got Milk? ads” and chose the Chris Brown one. My research process affected my writing by giving me a variety of ads to choose from, there were hundreds of different celebrities featured. I approached my organization of my essay by doing my introduction and conclusion first, then I went through and started to fill in the blanks trying to build the main body paragraphs.
