Claudio shamed Hero in front of everyone, and Benedick was willing to kill him for Beatrice. Benedick was a man who thought women were all evil, lying beings. After sometime, he had an conversion of love. Showing that not all women are disgusting. Claudio on the other hand had a fake conversion of love at first, and realized his mistake of killing Hero. Once news broke out that is was all Don John’s fault, Claudio had a true conversion of love. In the end, Claudio married hero. Some people say that deceit does not led to a happy ending, because Don John was found out and his plan of ruining Claudio’s and Hero’s marriage was unsuccessful. In the end of, Much Ado About Nothing, Don John fled from the scene and was going to be caught and punished of this actions. This is why some people say that it doe not always lead to happy endings. Some times people like a different outcomes. This is true, but still invalid, because one invduilval should not always determine the outcome of deceit. Deciet is a tricky mater to handle. In the end the author should be the one to detriment whether or not he wants deceit to led to a happy ending or not. In conclusion, deceit a major theme in the play, culminated in many happy endings throughout the story, including the wedding of Hero and Claudio, the confession of love between Beatrice and Benedick, and the friendship of Claudio, Don Pedro, and Benedick.
