This month at the Cincinnati Zoo, a gorilla was shot by zoo personnel due to an aggressive behavior they thought might happen. A child climbed into the gorilla enclosure at the Cincinnati zoo in Ohio. The three-year-old boy fell into the moat after climbing through the ropes and the fence of the enclosure. Onlookers were screaming and petrified as the gorilla drug the kid through the moat. Gorilla did this multiple times before being shot by zoo personals this took about 10 minutes to decide the decision to shoot the gorilla.

Some people believe that the mother should be charged for her son's actions. Over 500,000 signatures were made on an online petition called “Justice for Harambe” The mother is not being charged as of 06/06/16,

Witnesses claim that they heard the little boy saying you wanted to go in the moat. Although I understand it's hard to watch all kids at all time, I believe that you should always keep an eye or tell them they need to stay safe by the exhibits not go kids at all time, I believe that you should always keep an eye or tell them they need to stay safe by the exhibits and not going in them.

Harambe (the gorilla) came out of his enclosure when the little boys fell into the moat, when the little boy stall who Harambe he scampered into the corner. Harambe found the boy, experts say that he was protecting him like gorillas would do to their own young. As guests kept screaming and yelling, Harambe heard the guests and he became agitated and scared. Harambe was not sure what to do then.

The zoo behavioral experts were watching Harambe to see if his behavior was aggressive or dangerous towards the little boy after a stare at the boy from Harambe the behavioralists knew it would not go well. A zoo personnel shot Harambe with a gun. I believe that it is also using salt to have a lower non-saving it for kids to get into. Also they said they wouldn't have time to symbolize her because it would be too slow to use but zoo personnel would have reacted faster or have been at the exhibit to oversee.
