She lies there soundless on the grass, helpless, terrified and shaken. Above her vision excels grey skies. In the air echoes her sorrowful cries. A moment in darkness his face reappears, her clothes torn, her mascara smears. Her pleading screams, his sickening snicker, icy black eyes, the smell of liquor. A butcher's knife and malicious intent, loss, pain and torment.

"Charlie! Charlie come back here!" She shouts angrily to her German Shepard. His scruffy black tail wags from side to side as he races away from Anna.
"It's six am. The grass is wet. The air is moist. The birds are chirping. Prospect Park is rich with people. Just not my dog." She mutters grudgingly. Ten minutes passes. Charlie is nowhere to be seen.
"Charlie, come on boy, you're getting me worried here," She says anxiously.
Suddenly Anna hears the echoes of people screaming and Charlie barking. She hastily rushes towards the commotion. Sheer terror masks her face.
"Someone alert the police," She says shouting over everyone.

Monday 9 am. Brooklyn New York 67 Precinct, police headquarters. A knock sounds at the door.
"Come in," He says

I'm going to get straight to the point. You two are my best detectives. I want you to be working with me on my daughter's case. As you know she was found approximately at 6 am at Prospect Park. I need you detective Michaels to find out the results of the autopsy, approximately what time she was assaulted, and the exact time of her murder. Find out if there were any witnesses, and what she was doing that night in the park. Detective Chandler, I want you to search her phone records from the last 6 months till yesterday. The last calls she made. Who she has been in contact with, every single person on that record should be taken in for questioning. Also, bring her friends in for questioning.
