“Goosebumps” is a movie that includes science fiction, monster, horror and fantasy content. It also can be classified as a comedy which has conflict of interest, expectation and reality. Most of the people who like science fiction, mystery and fantasy content will enjoy this movie because this film is filled with monsters, zombies and creepy dummies. The special effects are very good as real and the monsters are looking real, so the audience would not feel that the effects are unreal and fake or it is just look like computer-generated effect. Most of the teenagers or kids will more prefer this movie than adult because story lines of this film have some fantasy and humor content to let them imagine more and put themselves into the characters of the movie. They will imagine that they are one of the characters inside the movie to have some adventure thinking while they chased by monster and killed them. Furthermore, they will also think that they have the power of magic to create something in their real life. As a Malaysian audience, they would not feel that this film is not interesting and waste money because of its plot contain a lot of structure together. The content have some part of horror but it also has humor part to relieve shock or nervous part. It is something feel like you pay once but watch more and worth.
