1. An assault usually takes place when an individual acts intentionally in a way to cause fear or harm to another person. Josephine is suing Dan for raising his fit in a manner that was threatening and threw a punch at her. Josephine accused Dan for assaulting her and even pushing her from behind which according to her is a battery as per the personal injury law. As per the law, it is important to consider that the victim must not be physically armed for an assault to occur.

2. In the lawsuit, Google is being accused of selling the trademarked name "Rescuecom” being the key word to the Rescuecom's competitors. Google’s search engines use the keywords in delivering their search results, through that, it was like allowing the competitors to appear first on the results page incase the user searches for the "Rescuecom." It was a lawsuit which was filled and even dismissed by the lower courts. It was the first time for Google to find itself in such legal predicament. It happened that the American Airline and Geico sued Google for constantly selling their trademark as keywords. There has been a lawsuit regarding the faulty switches in the cars produced by GM, which resulted into 13 deaths and 31 car accidents. GM had to recall over 26 million of their cars for various reasons. The amount of money the plaintiffs can sue is still questionable since lots of deaths and accidents had since happened as a result of faulty switches. Gm on the other hand says that they try as much as possible to make their cars conducive and suitable for use and incase of anything, they usually recall faulty cars and compensate the owners. For instance one current lawsuit is seeking over $10 billion in compensation for Gm trucks as well as cars the reason being that they are making losses since their vehicles are losing the resale value, and through this their brand is being
