Physiological needs
Google offers all the physiological needs any employee needs. The physiological needs are the basic level of needs human beings look for. It's the first block of Maslow’s law pyramid which actually represents the need for simple basic needs like food and shelter. Google basically offers all the basic standards of lifestyle their employees need and more for their satisfaction. As in Google, they work on satisfying their employees and motivating them by giving their employees all the physiological needs they look for and much more than their needs to reach their satisfaction level. There is a clear connection between the traditional model and that found in the workplace. The basic survival needs of an individual should be met with wages which in turn provides food, water, and shelter and that’s what Google offers their employees with to represent the needs they look for. However, by motivating their employees and providing them with both the basic and luxuriant needs they became one of the biggest companies in our huge world, therefore, I say that Google is the biggest examples in motivating their employees. …show more content…
When employees basic needs are met, the individual seeks safety, this does not have to be necessarily physical, but mental safety. A secure working environment reduces the individual’s anxiety and stress by providing adequate perks and benefits such as flex-spending account, no-cost health, and dental benefits and even travel
