Google Form Inquiry A Google form professional needs survey was created to assess professional development interest topics. Namely, through this online electronic format, a Google formatted survey was sent and shared with 10 other Willingboro colleagues seeking feedback concerning professional development topics. Additionally, Likert Scale responses were incorporated to enable responders unbiased questions so deeper insight into other’s opinions on various topics could be received. However, only 6 of the ten surveys were returned in a ten day period.
Friedman’s Survey The professional development online survey responses evaluation identified only one high-interest area, effect instructional strategies, getting three out of ten marks under very important. Likewise, other responses that came in a close second

Significantly, the topics examined were important to me, those that needed more exploration, but my colleagues were asked about their interests too. Surprisingly, several of the topics that I had listed were the same ones that my colleagues told me they were interested in as well when asked what professional development sessions would be of value to them in attending for either personal or work-related information. To validate a 21st-century exploration, Ken Kay (as cited by Powerful learning practice, 2015) states the skills of creativity, critical thinking and problem solving ought to be developed in the 21st-century student if these students are to succeed in their world.
