According to the theory two important sources of stress at work are constant changes and new technologies. Google workers must to adapt to challenging situations all the time. They have to be creative and innovative. Normally, they work all the time inventing numerous programs, and ways to expand Google’s business. Google also gives them 20% of their work time to develop personal ideas. This is an example of goal that can lead to positive and negative stressful situations.
