- The products of Goodwill industries are donated stuff. The thrift stores of Goodwill have more variety items than the average department stores.

- Goodwill also provide employment training and job placement service in communities.
B. Price.
- The costing of product of Goodwill covers by donated items and the donations of the communities. The advertising and marketing expenses covers by selling the donated items and the donations from communities.

Internal environment A. The Mission Statement. Goodwill works to improve the quality of life and dignity of individuals and families by “strengthening communities, eliminating barriers to opportunity and helping people to reach their potential through learning and working”.(Goodwill.org 2016 line 4-6). To support the Goodwill mission, you sent a financial gift to local Goodwill offices or Goodwill industries international office. B. Leadership. Goodwill leadership is a servant leader because the mission of statement of the company is helping people and their family to improve their dignity and the quality of life. Goodwill leadership also builds better communities and creates more caring world by provide an employment training to disadvantage people. C. Culture. Every employee of the Goodwill industries have a same goal. The goal is to support the mission of providing training, employment and supportive services for disadvantages who seek greater independence.
The Goodwill work strengthens individuals, families and communities. Goodwill invest in its employees, and it makes training a cornerstone of our operations, for employees and for the people it serves.

The nonprofit company I choose is a Goodwill industry international. This company provides service to people who do not have option such as a disability, a person has a criminal background, a person who limits or does not have education, and other barriers. (Goodwill, find a job today) Goodwill provides a skills training to all people while the company received many items donated from people and sells the donated items to the communities in the statewide.
