Good To Great Level 5 Leader

For the book Be-Know-Do the title of the book starts with Be rather than Know or Do. This is significant because of what each word stand for in the book. Be is for a person’s character, Know is the skills the persons possess, and Do is bringing those two together and acting on them. The author of Good to Great, Jim Collins, calls a level 5 leader, which is what the book Be-Know-Do is attempting to teach readers to become by using all three terms.
Though all three are significant and necessary to become a level 5 leader Be is the most important. In Good to Great, Collins lists the qualities of a level 5 as having professional will and personal humility. Many level 5 leaders were described as being modest, willful, humble, and fearless. All
