Good to Great is not a function of circumstances. Great turns out, is largely a matter of conscious choice, and discipline, (Collins, 2006). Through understanding, social accountability is an ethical principle, that leads individuals to be accountable for fulfilling their civic calling. Which then organizes the actions that benefit the whole of society. By doing so, there becomes a balance between economic growth, the welfare of society, and the environment. If this balance is maintained, then the social responsibility is accomplished. While history can be repetitive, another translation and/ or perception of this responsibility defines ma’at. Ma’at is in the ancient Egyptian religion who represented truth, justice, balance, and morality,
