Jim Collins explains that if you want to have a great company you need to consider 3 stages for running your company: disciplined people, disciplined thought, and disciplined action.
First off, having disciplined people is being or finding a great leader. Jim Collins studies say that having a high-profile leader that will make headlines or those who are celebrities will only lead your company to being a good one.
