That why its good to come up with a plan of action from the start, whether it a plan of your own or the 30, 60, 90 day plan to which you choose. For, me I fell this plan works wonders, because it is layed out for all member to see and understand. Noone seems left behind as all parties take the part in it, and gain what they stress when they say to “walk-the-walk and talk-the-talk”. As you help yourself and others meet their goals and dreams, as they help the company meet theirs. Its a give and take world, but you wont the company to give more than you take. This is why if you follow all of these steps and my plan, you too will produce a team to which will be productive and effective as I

We will work hard, but will do so together. The message to you, and that I wish for you to continuously share with each member of your teams, is that while we may have different titles and responsibilities, we are all equal and will only succeed if we work together. As we are reminded from Peter 5:3, “not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock,” our leadership should be about doing and showing and not merely telling. I therefore plan to be with you every step of the way through regular in-person visits to each location, Mumbai and California, regularly scheduled management forums, and summits to communicate and engage the workforce. The expectation is that our employees are empowered, productive, contributing, and happy.…

Many individuals look at projects in two ways. One being that a single individual takes a big step into the project and assigns all the members a specific task to be done a certain way by a certain time without any exceptions. Another way being when some, if not all, of the members of a group collectively communicate and get to the end result without any checkup points, individual assignment, or reliability of a specific person. When it comes to leadership, some ways may be better than others, but a combination of firm and cooperative leadership is when harmony is achieved. In order for a leader to be effective he or she must have authoritative and collaborative qualities to contain equilibrium of stability and coherence.…

Marmot discusses the implication of the social determinants of health in a variety of countries such as the United Kingdom, United States of America, and Canada. Although each country has its own unique culture and population, all are impacted by social determinants of health in similar ways.
