Reputation is what forever dictates your life. People’s point of view can be influenced by many factors such as the decisions you make, the people you hang around with, and the way you present yourself. One simple decision can change the way people look at you forever whether it is for the better or for the worse. One simple mistake can cause people to look down upon you and forever ruin your reputation. It is important to pursue respectful actions because these actions are what the people that do not know you will hear. Reputation is something that is valuable, but once gone is impossible to be regained. A good reputation is what people try to maintain throughout every point in their lives. Many have to be careful of what they do and say because every simple thing takes a toll on your reputation.

My family in particular has a bad reputation of being late to everything. For as long as I can remember, people know us for being late no matter where we are going. If we are ever early to something, someone we know always pokes fun at us for not being late for the first time. Since we have been late to so many different thing over my life span, people just know being late as a casual things for the Sjobergs. I am sure many other family all over the word are also know for things like this too. My neighbors, who are our family friends are know for always being early for everything. If they are ever late to something it is very shocking.
