In our meeting on February I provide instructions to all of you regards how to deal with children that have health conditions and need of medication. However, apparently some of you are not following same procedures and are providing forms to parents without consult information with nurses.
•Please remove Medication Order Form from packages.
•It’s important that at time of application, when parent indicates the child has a medical condition, you call the nurse. oAfter the nurse interview parent, Nurse will decide how to proceed in each case in terms of medication and confer you if you need to provide to the parent the Medication Order Form. oDo not provide form to parents without nurse authorization.
