Good Mythical Morning is one of the most successful YouTube shows of all time. It has been running since about 2012. Good Mythical Morning is a variety show in which, they play games, eat gross food, and just mess around. The show stars two best friends, Link Neal and Rhett McLaughlin. In this biography I will be telling about Rhett’s life. Rhett McLaughlin was born in Macon, GA on October 11, 1977. Rhett moved to Buies Creek, North Carolina when he was around six. They moved to North Carolina for his dad’s job at Campbell University. He then attended Buies Creek elementary where he met his lifelong friend and work colleague, Link Neal. They met because during their first day in first grade they were writing profanity on their desks together. Their teacher, Ms.Locklear held them in for recess where they had to color mythical beasts, (the word mythical would later be the whole concept of their Youtube series.) From there on out Rhett and Link would be best friends. Rhett attended North Carolina State University along with his friend Link Neal. They both earned engineering degrees but different types of engineering. …show more content…
This was was a video sharing website where people post videos about random things. Little did he know that this would become one of the most popular platforms in the world. So Rhett and his friend Link started posting videos on YouTube. It took them awhile to gain popularity but they have slowly gained fame over the years. They had some really big hits like, “The Facebook Song” and “The Red House”, that helped them gain popularity a lot. At one point they had a morning show called, “Good Morning Chia Lincoln” but that show ended after a little while. The longest running and most popular show they have is, “Good Mythical Morning” which is still running
