Gone Fishing!
I think every day and say “What are childhoods?” Childhoods can bring back memories that can be funny or profound. Today, I would like to tell you about the childhood memory I experienced. In the mind of others, it was the funniest time of their life, but not mine. Now I learned from my memory and hope you do to. So let’s get started.
Before this happened we woke up, went to breakfast at the Harbor, and then went out and at the same time was listening to “Who let the dogs out.” It turned out to be a normal day out on Lake Cumberland until I threw my fishing rod into the water. No one was looking which was bad and good at the same time. It all started when I felt a fish bit at the ramp to get to the lake. I thought it was a turtle so I freaked out. Well it wasn’t. I was having the time of my life and this

I was crying, wanted to go home, and really wanted fish for dinner. It was too bad, hopefully next time I won’t totally freak out. I always wonder if the fish has carrion floating around or is it having an okay life dragging a fishing rod around? Still, to this day I have ambivalence on whether I should try to fish again or not. I think I won’t.
As a result, I was never allowed to fish until I was twelve years old. On this day I was devastated. My grandparents and my sister, still call me “scaredy cat” to this day which makes me respond “No I’m not” in an angry voice. I am still very scared of fish, but they sure are yummy. I will never forget this day and I hope you don’t too.
In conclusion, I hope this never happens to you or will not happen to you again. Today, I told you about my memory and how it was funny to my audience but not me. Who else doesn’t like fish? They are freaky right. P.S. my mom made me hold a fish and it was worst time of my life, but on the other hand my brother likes to stick his finger in the fishes eyeball. This of course is disgusting. This is my memory that I will never

Inner Boston Harbor's Thompson Island is a gem of an easy access spot if you're looking for fishing the flats for striped bass or deeper and structured-waters on the same plus bluefish. Access is good: kayak fishermen can use the little-more-than-a-mile-from-the-island hand-carry at City Point, ditto the ramp at Malibu Beach, Neponset for powerboaters with trailers with four-wheel drive. In addition to flats fishing on the island's back side, Thompson holds within its contours two tidal marshes and a large sandbar and bunker that connect the island to Squantum's Squaw Rocks mussel beds at low tide, themselves a good bait source. And because most anglers prefer Boston harbor's outer islands, the Brewsters and so on, or the Faun Bar off Deer…

We brought our fishing poles even though we didn’t think we were going to catch anything. The canal was very cold and there was no fish out that day but we still had fun. After a little while of fishing we continued our hike among the High Acre Creasent Trails. As Andrew and I were walking along the trails we came across a small pond and we hung out there and discussed our days and we met up with a few other friends. Once we got to the end of the trail we turned around and started back.…

The fish and its life, which is consistently mentioned throughout the story, is a representation of the family’s unity. The narrator first mentions the fish in a flashback at around the same time that she is reflecting back on her memories of her father and their daily routine. The father is the one who brings in the live fish and dumps it in the sink. This is notable because at this point in the narrative, the family is still seen as a cohesive unit and this parallels with how the fish is still alive. The next point in the narrative where the fish is mentioned is right after certain problems are shown to plague the family, such as the obvious language barrier that separates the parents from their children and the problem of the father and the brother’s conflicting attitudes towards the son’s unwillingness to keep hold of his Malaysian heritage.…

Presumably the most fearful thing to a fish is a set of teeth—gnarly, menacing teeth—and all of the protagonists in the movie’s teeth are magnified. When the barracuda attacks Nemo’s family, its fangs are monstrously gigantic. When the fearsome shark, Bruce, smiles at Marlin, his leer fills almost the entire frame. Furthermore, the human enemy, Darla, a notorious fish-killer who wants to adopt Nemo, petrifies the meager fish with her brace-filled smile. The frightening grins throughout the film represent that smiles are not always as well natured as they are intended to be.…
