The suppliers are an essential part of the equation, as their raw materials, or supplies are needed to conduct business. Not to mention, certain suppliers may mean the difference between maintaining the lowest prices or increasing the cost. Of course, the stakeholders such as the employees or overhead should definitely be included because you can't operate the business and keep things running smoothly without them. Therefore, in my opinion, a vision statement is not only about the company, but about everyone involved, including the environment.
