Golf vs. Baseball Golf and baseball are very similar and different at the same time. I will state many differences and similarities in this essay and teach you a little about both. They are both coached sports and require lots of dedication and hardwork. With the work put in, it is very rewarding to win or accomplish your goals. In baseball it is very rewarding to beat a really good team in a close game and golf, it's satisfying to beat your personal best. The similarities go on and on but the main similarity is the amount of focus and concentration required to accel in both sports. They are both team sports and both have coaches. In, baseball you swing a bat when in golf you swing a club. Both objects are metal or aluminum, but a baseball bat weighs eighteen to thirty four ounces where a club, only weighs about a pound The golf club is much longer and very thin and it allows you to hit the ball close to three hundred yards. In baseball there are multiple coaches where golf there is only one. Baseball has a pitching,hitting,fielding and a couple more different coaches. Golf is a relaxing walking sport that people can play for the rest of your life. Baseball on the other hand requires athleticism and is a running sport that you can play competitively to around the age of forty. Golf is a sport that requires many tools and clubs to play where baseball is just a bat, a glove and your arm. Baseball has many different stages or levels of baseball where the best is the MLB. It goes little league,high school,college,minors then the pros. For golf It goes highs chool,college,amateur,proffesional. Only one percent or a crazy low number make it to the pros where they make a career of it. When they were younger the now pro athletes in both aspects put in five or more hours a day into the sport and that is how they become so
