To conclude, I hit, chipped, and putted many golf balls to see which golf ball is better for the price. For example I could pay $30 for golf balls that are cheap and have poor distance or I could pay $10 for golf balls that have great distance. The golf balls varied from each type, for example a Nike golf ball could go the furthest when I hit it with a 9 iron, a Titleist could be the best for putting, and a Callaway could be the best for chipping. I tested these by hitting 4 golf balls that were Nike, Titleist, Taylormade, and Callaway with my 9 iron and then counting my steps as I walked back to the ball 10 times for each golf ball.
