For example one of the leadership that is used is commanding, when the coach Boone gets on the bus and tells everybody to get off the bus for a meeting outside. He yells at them and demands because he knows he has right and there were no time for discussing, they just had to begin the practice as soon as possible. Of course the team players did not enjoy that because they were forced to collaborate in groups with both black and white people in. This can also be a bit associated with the authoritative style. He motivates them and provides clear expectations of what needs to be done for the team and he makes them look forward and not on what has happened in the past and all the argues between the players.
