I thought the most interesting was how the team in the beginning were totally against the idea of cooperating together when they were divided into groups of mixed colors and how they in the end succeeded and improved the teamspirit. Even Julius Campbell and Gerry Bertier became friends after a long time of disagreement and conflict within the group between the black and white members.
I also thought that the different way the leaders uses is impressive. And in this short movieclip I can actually find almost all six types of leadership styles that are used. For example one of the leadership that is used is commanding, when the coach Boone gets on the bus and tells everybody to get off the bus for a meeting outside. He yells at them and demands because he knows he has right and there were no time for discussing, they just had to begin the practice as soon as possible.
