I am immensely grateful to Lisa Newton, Francisco Valenzuela, Elena Arroyo, and NAU-Yuma for support me and make possible my trip to Flagstaff, AZ. on Monday, April 25th. Without any of you, I would not be able to assist to the ceremony where I was able to receive the Gold Axe Award by the University President Rita Cheng. The Gold Axe Award is a milestone in my life, I am really happy and proud to be one of the recipients since the competition among students to get this award is very high. I would like to give the credit of this award to NAU-Yuma; a place that I am proud to be part.
