Going To School As A Refugee: An Analysis

In the book “ Inside out and back again”, a girl named Ha and her family were facing many challenges like Ha’s father was gone for nine years and never came back ever. This make Ha and her family very upset and worry. Also there was a war going on in Vietnam and this affects Ha and her family because many food and stuffs’ price had went up and Ha’s family is very poor and they can’t really affords much things. They would use a technique to make them full but with little money. After a few months, the war was getting closer and Ha’s family were forced to leave their country and become refugees. According to the text,”Going to School as a Refugee”, it states,” Programs that address the divide within the academic community are vital to creating an environment where refugees can succeed.” This evidence shows that many refugees would need education in order to succeed and have a better future. I feel like that is most important thing that many young children need. This evidence reveals that people feels that they couldn’t provide much education to the refugees. But, if leading countries cannot provide education and opportunities, then why are they letting them in their country. It just doesn’t make sense and they are not responsible for them. Without education, the young refugees can’t be successful in life and they go through many challenges that we don’t know.
