Many careers and job positions in this day and age require an individual to have more than a high school diploma or GED. Technological skills as well as critical thinking are two crucial skills that are required for success in the workplace; both of which can be practiced and developed in a higher-level education setting such as a community college or a university. Today’s colleges provide students with the ability to gain invaluable knowledge and communication skills that will eventually lead them to pursue a fulfilling career of their choice, while also increasing their chances of earning more money in their lifetime than a person who did not
