I have always wondered where am I going to be in the future? Am I going to be successful or happy? The truth is that nobody knows where I am going to be in the future. However, I want to try my best to be the most successful and happiest person on earth. I’m very ambitious when it comes to my goals in life, the more challenging the obstacles in life are, the more excited and perseverant I become. Therefore, some of the goals I want to accomplish in my life are quite complex. My three major objectives in life are to be the best father to my future children and the best husband to my future wife, to be the most successful person at my job, and to pay back my parents for all the effort the put when they were raising me. Personally, my childhood scared of a father figure. My mom divorced my biological father when I was 7 years old. My dad wasn 't the best example of a father anyways, at some point I was glad that my mother divorced my biological father. Therefore, one of my most important goals to accomplish in life is being a wonderful father. After almost 3 years my mom divorced my biological father, my mom met my step farther, which I treat as if he was my biological father. The reason I looked at him as a perfect father figure is because he took care of me and my younger brother as if we were his own children, so for me that it’s something to admire and respect. My intentions to be a perfect dad are to be just like my step dad. I want my kids to feel loved and safe whenever they are around me. In order to accomplish this I think I need to prepare myself as much as I can, so whenever the time to have my own children comes up I’ll be ready and treat them properly. My biggest question is how can I be a perfect father? I want my children to feel comfortable talking to me. Having my children’s trust it would be the most valuable thing in the world. Unfortunately, I wasn’t born rich, so I would have to work to feed my family and support them like I want to. My job is already something to me even though I don’t have my own family yet. Since I live with my parents now, I have set the ideology of saving money as much as I can for my future family. It may sound pretty insane when I say that I don’t spend money because I want to buy a house where my future wife and I will live at when I am only 20 years old. The truth is that I am really saving money for that. My current job is not as professional as I want it to be, I am just a bartender at a steakhouse restaurant. However, I love going to work and try to complete my tasks on time because I want to be successful in my job. By succeeding in a job I will find going to work sort of fun and satisfying, rather than finding it boring hideous. My dream job is to become a detective and work for the DEA. I want to master in narcotics and be part of an elite squad confiscating illegal substances. I want to understand why is that people choose the path of drugs and destroy their lives. It’s not only about confiscating and putting people behind bars; I want to be able to help people before they get to the point where they have to be sitting in a cell for the rest of their lives.
