My career goals are to become an accountant or an international businessman. Both of these careers are in the field of finance/commerce. To achieve these goals, I must work hard at school and try and ace all my subjects to give myself the best opportunity. To achieve this I must overcome my weaknesses, one of them is English. Being calm also means being patient, and it works with being diligent. To be diligence must require patience and calmness. If not, it’s simply rushing through calculations, which is not diligent. Because the job involves constantly calculating huge sums, therefore being inquisitive is always necessary. One of the personal qualities that I have is enthusiasm. Before I do anything, I always have reason and a target, which motivates me to push hard towards it. This is applies to many aspects of my life, such as school assignments and football training. Enthusiasm is not only important in accounting, but in any other jobs. The personal quality I need concentration, because I am someone who gets distracted very easily. An example is when I am doing my homework, I get notifications from social media and I slack off. Time flies, and by the time I look at the time again, I realised I have wasted 30 minutes of work time. I am someone who is half lazy. In many occasions, I have to admit that I am someone who play before work. The skills that I already have are good maths skills, logical thinking and problem solving skills. The skills that I need to work on are my IT skills, because I have not spent enough time using applications such as Excel, which will be a very important tool. To improve my Excel skills, I believed the best way is to use it more and interact with them. I could use excel more for mathematics, especially when making tables and graphs. The more I use them, the more I will learn and familiar they will be. Or, I could search for tutorials on the Internet or ask friends to assist me. Although I have decent maths skills, I can always improve and get better. To do this I must work hard in my maths classes and learn as much as possible to become even smarter.
