Through my very goal oriented demeanor and determination to accomplish necessary tasks for personal and group success I strive to exemplify leadership. Presently, numbers of people embrace the idea of leading by verbal motivation instead of leading by illustration, but what they’re actually encouraging is a lethargic disposition among people. They focus too much on saying and not doing.
