Goal Assignment: Goa Goal Attainment Middle School

at the end of the week she asked one of the classmates that she sat with at lunch to swing with her at recess.
Goal Attainment: 4 b) Client will sit with classmates during lunch time.
The client was hesitated to pursue this action step the first week. She reported that she felt everyone sits within their own group already. The client was still willing to try it for the second week. She reported that she asked a classmate if she could sit next to her and sat with the classmate. P.C reported that she was nervous to ask but it was better once she sat down and the classmate was talking to her. The action step did go as well as expected but for P.C to feel nervous and see its okay to step out of her comfort zone was a step in the right direction. …show more content…
Continuing Goals: The client needs to continue on gaining self-esteem and engaging more with her classmates. P.C should be referred to a mentor or volunteer program for when she is moved into the middle school next
