The identification of boundaries between clients and staff meets goal 1c.

The examination of the assessment/prevention models at Preferred Family Healthcare and the use of the DLA has met goal 3b.

Goal 7a was met by examining the interventions that are used on the RCF. This goal was also met by the examination of other intervention strategies the could benefit the RCF.

This activity meets goal 7a as I have explored the assessment process of those who are admitted to the RCF. Goal 1a as I have assisted clients with applying for and receiving services available within the community. Goal 10A a as I have read the case notes of a client.
