A genetically modified organism can lead to positive and negative aspects of the human body. A genetically modified organism is an organism’s genetic material that is changed using genetic engineering techniques. Genetic modification changes an organism’s physical appearance by changing its genes, the process is done by basic mating or gene recombination. Genetically modified organisms spectrum from small organisms such as yeast and bacteria to insects, plants, fish, and mammals. Genetically modified crops are engineered to bring out a new characteristic to the species. The main motive of genetically modified crops is to prevent certain pests, illnesses, environmental conditions, chemical treatments, and improve its nutritious value. Genetically modified organisms should end because of its damaging results to the environment that give you food allergies, unhealthy effects to our bodies, and the dramatic change that it has on the field of agriculture.
Genetic engineering is increasing existing allergies and causing new allergies. Soy is a product highly available and modified. A person allergic to ordinary soy will then be allergic to modified soy. A victim, Caitlin Shetterly had claimed her allergies were caused by GMOs. Caitlin had then stopped consuming genetically modified foods. This was a challenge because seventy percent of United States foods are genetically modified. Luckily Caitlin was

Essentially, we humans need to realize the deadly components genetically modified organisms hold. They are filled with toxic chemicals and cause many health problems to the body we should stay away from them like our doctors

They are just confusing causation and correlation, two completely separate things (Harmon). GMOs show no scientific evidence that they negatively harm humans (Kanter; Klinkenborg). People also believe that GM crops will cause mutations in other non-GM plants. There is no evidence of substantial genetic drift between GM and non-GM species (Klinkenborg).…
