In today’s markets genetically modified foods are omnipresent and the odds are, everybody consumes genetically modified foods in one way or another. GM foods have been studied but not extensively and many people fear they are dangerous and pose environmental and health problems, on the other hand GM foods are considered by many to be a miracle cure for world hunger and even health problems like allergies. Overall, GM foods can be considered positive and negative and further explanation is required to make a decision as to if they should be used.
