On average, for every $100 (USD) a man earns a woman will only earn $76” (source G). This degrades the female race letting them know that they are seventy-six percent as adequate as males. Both genders work hard for their money, and females should not have to do extra work to make up for the other 25%. Subconsciously, caps are place on the income levels for each gender, and those roles used to be filled by all men but now change has to occur; the system is flawed.
