The country also has a masculine society, which implies that workers have very high degrees of competition among themselves (Alon 201). The 50% score on uncertainty avoidance implies that the country has no definite trend in this area (Hofstede).
From the cultural features depicted in the country’s profile, Kenyans would do well in a company that offers elaborate leadership and opportunities for team projects. Being highly competitive also challenges the company to provide opportunities for Kenyans to excel in the course of their work.
