As the Globus simulation progressed, one of the things we learned is that we should have kept the same ROE escalation towards the later decisions as we did in the beginning. From year five to year eight, our ROE is consistently increasing by 10-15%. However, as we move on, the ROE starts to plateau and fluctuate by a few percentages. With our year eleven decision, it decreased by at least ten percent from the previous year due to the fact that we overstated our prices which decreased the net revenue. As Co-managers of Hahaha Company, we need to improve our consistency. We should have gradually increased by the same amount of consistency instead of guessing. By doing this, we would have gotten more accurate and higher results. However because
