1. At the entry level, you're only required to do basic necessities of the client such as feeding and hygiene, being a caregiver when parent or guardian isn't around to do so. If an HHA or CNA degree was available then you can provide more services to more clients who require medicine and feeding tubes and be better prepared if a client is acceptable to seizures or other medical necessities.

2. Entry level workers into Globex aren't required to get college level training. They are only required to have a high school diploma and some certificates. Most are using this field as a back up as they further on other careers so attending school is usually a priority.

3. Since most are juggling school, work, and families, taking on a degree to advance in the field, they're already in, wouldn't be a problem. They already know what it's like to work 40 hour work weeks and pull all-nighters for midterms.

4. This program would turn this field into life-long careers instead of just stepping stones because with titles of HHA and CNA there would be increases in salaries and promotions. Also, with the degree of a CNA, you're able to be considered a nurse and better help the family take care of the clients so they can live at home instead of in a hospital-like

The additional advancements that can be made in the company such as HHA and CNA are programs are required to be paid out of your own pocket because Globex services are paid out by the government. There aren't a lot of agencies that can get pass all of the background check requirements to run an agency under APD (agency for persons with disabilities). The main problem is a lot of the workers can't afford the tuition required to become an HHA or a CNA. With this program advancing to an HHA or a CNA you can get more than just a CPR and HIPAA training in order to work in the fields. Having an HHA certificate or a CNA degree would help with the fields as far as knowing how to take care better care of your
