First I interact with students from other countries. I try to make sure I encourage our exchange students to interact with students of all ethical backgrounds. I try to make sure that there is no one intergroup but instead a verity of different cultures within a group of students. Through this the students learn about each other’s beliefs, cultures, and environments. I also work with the group SADD program (students against destructive decisions). We interact with other students all over the world as we volunteer time and effort to understanding other students’ problems and mishaps. Through these programs we take on the responsibility to improve the student all over no matter what ethnical background them are.
