Globalization is defined in terms of the deterritorialization of economic activities, which is predominantly applicable for business ethics and is apparent in three-core areas, culture, law, and accountability. Main points that would entirely coincide with sales management and its involvement with ethics and globalization. With cultural issues business becomes unchanging territorially so corporations increasingly participate in overseas markets, soon finding themselves challenged with new, diverse and contradicting ethical demands. These particular issues put corporations in a tight spot when dealing with different ethnicities and their cultural values. Moral values are taken for granted in the home market and get interrogated as soon as corporations enter these foreign markets. Feelings to racial and gender diversity overseas in Europe may disagree significantly to those in Middle Eastern countries. Such things as the Chinese culture may regard it as more unethical to dismiss employees in times of economic recessions than would be usual in Europe. Europeans may concern child labor as unethical but within some Asian countries they may have a more reasonable approach. While globalization results in the deterritorialization of some processes and activities in many cases there is still a close connection between the local culture including moral values and a certain geographical regions.
