Global Warming Problems

The earth has many years existing in this galaxy and everyday people see that is changing more and more; but unfortunately not in a positive way. It wouldn’t be surprising if all these changes end in the extinction of the planet earth. All the countries hold a position of power that could change this big problem that the planet is facing. Behind these problems there are other problems that are causing much bigger issues in the entire planet. There is a saying that says “anything is possible if people work together”. For example, if everyone sets aside a little bit of time to clean up a piece of land, the world could be a much cleaner place. Humans are the ones in control of this planet; but unfortunately they often make decisions without considering …show more content…
The first is the effect of the economy; the economy is a very important part in the process of helping fixing this issue. Reason being, if there was no money involved, it will be very difficult for the different organizations to address the issue of Global Warming and collaborate with other companies or countries due to the economics’ systems. For example, the authors found that an average local temperature is economically optimal, particularly for agricultural productivity (Nucittelli). That temperature harshly reflects the current climate in many wealthy countries. Second, is how the environment of the entire planet is being affected by human actions. Due to all the pollution in the environment there will soon come a time that the air would not be good to breathe. Finally, the health of the planet as a whole is accelerating the process of Global Warming. For example “Infectious Disease could become more common in a Warmer World — Especially for Plants and Animals” (Walsh). These days many new diseases are growing, being new diseases there is no cure or something that would make feel better the person. To find a cure or improve a medicine takes a long time to develop and also, it cost money to do …show more content…
The Global Warming is the overheat temperature of the planet. As it says “Higher temperatures can reduce crop yields and drive up energy usage”(Kahn). If crop reduce the temperature would go up because plants are the one that clean the air. Global warming is caused when factories and cars burn fossil fuels and let off carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere warm the earth by trapping the earth 's heat, and it is called the greenhouse effect. The plants are the one the clean the carbon dioxide, but the burning of fossil fuels has increased the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. As says “The reasons for the stronger increase of hot extremes compared to mean temperature over land is not totally clear”(Kanh). The greenhouse gasses let in rays from the sun but don 't let them out. The deforestation is the action of cutting the trees to build houses, buildings, or to use the woods. This can contribute to the formation of hurricanes and deadly storms that are destroying the world and killing everything it encounters along its

An example of this is cement production. The making of cement involves the burning of fossil fuels and one of the leading causes of pollution which increases the greenhouse effect. Nitrous oxide is another greenhouse gas that increases the effect of global warming. The reason for the increase is mainly due to our population. People have been adding fertilizers that have been enriched with nitrogen to our yards and farmland.…

Introduction Now a days we are experiencing some changes in our climate. Unfortunately in the intervening years, time has not stood still in the global environment the pace of destruction has worsen and the urgent need for a response has grown more acute. The relationship between human civilization and the earth has been utterly transformed by a combination of factors including the population explosion technological revolution and a willingness to ignore the future consequence of our presence action. Imagined now that they are asking us what were you thinking? Didn’t you care about our future were you really so self-absorb that you couldn’t – wouldn’t – stop the destruction of earth’s environment what would be our answer.…

In this way, these greenhouse gases are very important for the survival of the living organisms on earth. But too much of something is not fine, and the excess of these greenhouse gases, chiefly carbon dioxide, in our atmosphere is damaging to life and the habitat. Carbon dioxide alone has risen the earth’s temperature about 1 degree Fahrenheit per year. Although this may not be a huge increase, but the consequences it leaves on our environment and the organisms that live in, are harmful and life-threatening. Getting used to this kind of sudden change would be difficult for numerous plant and animal…

The answer would be yes, human activities cause global warming. Human activities such as deforestation, using hydro-carbons, and burning fossil fuels, lead to global warming. So what is deforestation? Deforestation is the process which trees are cut down to make supplies for humans. When the trees are cut down the destruction of the trees reduces the amount of photosynthesis that takes place.…

What makes fossil fuels a big cause of global warming is the burning of fossil fuels. When people burn fossil fuels it sends out large amounts of Carbon Dioxide into the air. Carbon dioxide is bad for the Ozone layer, it causes sun rays to heat up the earth even more. Another leading cause of global warming is those devices that get us around town, vehicles. Vehicles are a big leading cause of global warming.…

(Shuster, 583) One of the most common greenhouse gases is carbon dioxide. When too much heat is absorbed, the atmosphere of the earth begins to warm. This may lead to global warming. Global warming is defined as "an overall increase in the earth 's average temperature." (Shuster, 584) Global warming can lead to problems that affect the land on which we live.…

Deforestation increase the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere because when trees are burned carbon dioxide is released, carbon dioxide is also, released when trees are decomposed by microorganisms. Cutting down trees also, reduces the amount of carbon dioxides taken up by the photosynthesis and trapped in the wood and carbon dioxide is greenhouse gas therefore, Trees play a huge role in the carbon cycle. They convert the CO2 in the air to oxygen, through the process of photosynthesis. 6CO2 + 6H2O  C6H12O6 + 6O2 Therefore, cutting down trees increases the carbon dioxide with more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, a lot of heat will escape on the atmosphere causing our average temperature to rise and this will cause climate change. Deforestation…

Some of these positive effects are controlling climate change and health issues. A negative effect is public acceptance of the CCS. As CO2 is emitted into the atmosphere by burning natural resources, it builds up over time because in cannot escape the atmosphere. Over time there is so much carbon dioxide build up in the atmosphere that the earth starts to warm up. The earths’ temperature has risen one degree Celsius since the pre-industrial age.…

If the carbon dioxide is kept too much in the atmosphere, it will be the increase of greenhouse gases, and the earth will become warmer. Jarred Skype (n.d), an environmental scientist, pointed out in his article, “The primary cause of environmental degradation is human disturbance. The degree of the environmental impact varies with the cause, the habitat, and the plants and animals that inhabit it”. Obviously, environmental degradation happens when people exploit and overuse the components of…

Pollution is also caused by the machines that are used to massively wipe out these areas. “Previous modelling studies show that the global surface air temperature (SAT) response to deforestation depends on latitude, with most simulations showing that high latitude deforestation results in cooling, low latitude deforestation causes warming and that the mid latitude response is mixed” (Longobardi). Deforestation causes 15% of greenhouse gases released into the atmosphere. Forests help lessen climate change because they absorb excess carbon dioxide that would go out into the atmosphere and change how the climate varies otherwise. Deforestation corresponds directly with an increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.…
