Because of this most people don't seem to care much about it or try to stop it, saying that ?it is not animportant issue?. the truth though is that Global Warming is a very important issue that we should care about, and here's why. by created human activities (?Vital Signs of the Planet?). ?So what is the ?greenhouse effect??? you might ask, well based ona article from the Australian government the ?greenhouse effect? is a natural process that traps some of the sun's energy in the earth's atmosphere and reflects the rest of it back into space(?Greenhouse effect?). The energy that was trapped in the atmosphere makes it's way to the lower atmosphere and the surface heating them up, this process when working normally helps to keep the earth from being a lot colder. This process works thanks to gases such as water vapor, carbon dioxide, and methane theses gases are responsible for blocking the sun's energy from being reflected back into space increasing the amount of energy absorbed by the atmosphere. This means that the more gasthere is in the atmosphere the more energy there is that will be absorbed and themore energy there is in the atmosphere the hotter the earth gets, and this is where the term Global Warming comes from. Because humans for over the past 100 years have been expelling large amounts of carbon dioxide and other gases in to the atmosphere theearth's temperature has begun to increase having many harmful effects on the environment. The other thing that we need to know in order to fully understand

It's evident that temperature is rising which as a result causes us to experience a lot of abnormal climate changes worldwide. The cause of this increase of temperature is the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is constructed by water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane and ozone. The greenhouse effect is when the gasses trap the sunlight, not making them bounce back to space, which creates the atmosphere to warm, thus making Earth hotter. What’s responsible for realising a large amount of carbon dioxide is the burning of fossils fuels.…

How Human Activities Affect Global Warming Do human activities affect climate change, and as a result create global warming? Some scientists say no, but the majority of scientists say yes. They say human activities such as deforestation, using hydro-carbons, and burning fossil fuels, cause a lot of carbon dioxide to be released into the atmosphere changing the temperature of the climate, causing global warming. So now which group of scientists is correct?…

One of the biggest controversial topics in the media today is global warming. Whether it is politicians claiming it is a hoax or a new “scientific article” on why global warming is a natural process the earth goes through every couple hundred thousand years. On the other side of the scale, there are groups demanding that the government help regulate air pollution from natural gas and CO2 emissions caused from burning oil. These people just get pushed aside most times and ignored. Or they do not have enough support and funds to keep going and defending our only planet.…

Today I must address the topic of global warming. The rising problem our world has been facing is heat, the globe can only handle so much. Internationally, the UN has suggested the world can only raise by two degrees Celsius. After this our staple crops will not grow. Ironically I have just received a letter from the UN stating we have reached an all-time high of a one and a half degree Celsius raise.…

Is global climate change real? Although many scientific experts believe that it is in fact real, there is still a percentage of people who consider it to be a rather fictitious idea. It has been a question of continuous debate and will always continue to be, until one day it hits us in the face and changes our environment and the way we live so drastically that life as we once knew would be history. Then the question is going to be, why didn’t we do anything? Even though there is a percentage of people who deny it, the evidence coming to light that is in favor of climate change is overwhelming.…

The global environmental crisis of climate change has resulted from a process called the greenhouse effect. This is a disturbance of the energy balance of the Earth that results in a rise in surface temperature when there is an atmospheric increase in the concentration of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide (CO2).…
