Located in the United States was a small town. The town's population was roughly 1,000. It had it’s own medical facility, police station, fire department and a steal mine. From the outside, the steal mine looked like an ordinary workplace but it wasn’t. The things occurring inside the steal mine where out of the ordinary especially when employees were selling drugs.
The boss had a suspicion about workers selling drugs within the steal mine. They hired three private investigators to pose as real workers to uncover the truth. They learned about who was selling and who was controlling the buys. As months passed they gathered more information.

For the first few weeks, Bear suffered anxiety. Bear was used to a lady giving him instructions, so when Glenn used his low voice to give orders, Bear was frightened.
The years they've worked together have been spend throughout numerous schools in the Chicago area. Their work days lasts about 8 hours and it’s a different school and a different experience everyday. The school usually instructs Glenn and Bear the location they’re working.
It could be strenuous for Bear to work at schools especially when students are eager to pet him. Students mistake Bear for a comfort dog; however, Bear is not used to affection. Nonetheless, Bear is fixated at doing his job and rarely pays attention to the students. He wants to finish his job particularly when receiving a reward, which is usually his toy.
Over the years Bear has found numerous items, but the commonly found is alcohol. Nevertheless, he has found five guns. Although Bear has found countless items throughout his career, there have been times where Bear mistakenly alerted in a vehicle that had nothing there.
The handlers hope the dogs stay in their job for 10 years but it depends on the type of dog. There are dogs who become sick and are unable to continue. Once dogs retire early they stay with their current
