After about ten minutes in the store I bored because it was a girl store and there was nothing for boys so I left to Game Stop just next to this store. So I went without my parent’s permission because I knew that my parents were still going to be so I went. Feminism is the act of achieving equal rights between men and women in the political, social, personal and economic aspects of life. The inequality between females and males has been an issue since the beginning of time and can be observed in many types of literature. Throughout the novel Fifth Business by Robertson Davies, it is quite evident that feminism is not practiced as the female characters are often subservient to the male characters. Furthermore, the female characters are portrayed as having less equality than the male characters when they are described as being manipulative to obtain the things they would like, when they are held to stereotypical responsibilities of a woman or when their sexual activity and performance is not…

This image was created as the counter image of a White women, everything that a White woman represented, the Black woman was opposite. Although the socioeconomic spectrum shows hat individuals who grow up in poverty are moe likely to be exposed to dysfunctional marital role model, so therefore they should be less motivated to marry and value traditional marriage less. Unlike black men it is harder for a black woman to escape the stereotypes of the typical “ Negro” due not only to the color of her skin, but her race as well. If a black woman was to escape the harsh stereotypes of being a black, she still must face the stereotypes of her being a woman. If she is able to escape both she still has the stereotypes of being black chasing her. For a black man its easier to over come the harsh stereotypes of being black due to them not having to face the stereotypes of being a woman.…
