What the ones who do make it have in common is they are innovators, they are not afraid to take risks and not afraid to fail. Even when they do fail, they will stand back up and try something new that is even more outrageous than the last thing. The man I feel did this in such a spectacular way is Giovanni Giorgio, better known as Giorgio Moroder. He not only helped make songs that were controversial, but he saw an opportunity with the synthesizer to expand electronic dance music and took it.
