In the last century, there have been many forms of entertainment that dazzled and gained people’s attention. As time goes on, viewing leisure has evolved to paying an admission to a once-in-a-lifetime performance to visiting a theater anytime someone wanted to escape the day-to-day pressures for a couple of hours. Fortunately, there was a man in the Midwest who fashioned such an establishment for the populace to relax their minds and have their imaginations come to life on a big silver screen. It is great thanks to this entrepreneur for having the courage to challenge visible recreation and morph it into a moving pictures house, the movie theater industry, called AMC.
AMC: Who they are and what they do

Before Aron officially took over in January 2016, the CFO, Craig R. Ramsey, interim as the CEO (“Adam M. Aron - President and CEO,” 2016). However, there is no further evidence to support Ramsey had anything to do with Aron becoming CEO, but Aron has previous history with AMC (“Adam M. Aron - President and CEO,” 2016). When the proceeding owner, Apollo Management, was in charge for nine years, Aron and Ramsey must have interactions with each other during those times and could have influenced the next CEO selection (“Adam M. Aron - President and CEO,” 2016). Unfortunately, since there is no definite information to pinpoint who among the senior executives is responsible for positioning the CEO, it can only be assumed the whole board of directors researches and reviews candidates on those to take the authoritative
