Some relationships just do not work out as hoped so divorce is a good option, especially when kids are involved in a family that is falling apart. These people may care about each other, or not, but they will most likely be happier and in a better place to care for their children apart rather than together. In addition, now that people are paying less attention to being an economic unit they can focus more on family and understanding each other. These changes from the traditional American family are not making it deteriorate, but are instead changing it to make it stronger than it has ever
