In just this short time, I have practiced moral courage in my position more than I ever have. The Clinic Manager and I have worked collaboratively to stand up to the Division Leaders for our employees’ positions. For the past year, I have spoken up in controversies, shared my views, and have remained unwavering in my core values. I have succeeded in the retention of my employees and that is a reassuring to me. Reflecting on that, I now know what I need to do to sustain my qualities of being a courageous leader. I must continue to possess and display moral courage in everything that I do, verbally and physically.
