Giant cell tumor are typically diagnosed in the third or fourth decades of life, and most patients have normal life expectancy. In this group of relatively young patients, the burden of revision TKA is almost inevitably rising[09]. Surgery and prosthesis implantation are the primary treatment approach for giant cell tumor around the knee. For maximizing functionality of the knee joint, commonly surgical approach implemented through the patella bone, comprising the whole knee capsule, patellar and quadriceps tendon, followed by prosthesis implantation and cement fixation[40064]. The reconstruction aims to minimize soft tissue injury and avoid post-prosthetic operational complications. In our case of revision TKA, no cement fixation was used
