This hauntingly delicious story comes from Charleston, South Carolina, which is located in the Low Country. The Victorian home that now houses the restaurant, is haunted by the ghost of Zoe and the ghost of Poogan. Zoe and her sister Elizabeth moved into the house and found a dog left behind, that they decided to keep, and named it Poogan. The two sisters were very close and rather be with eachother than anybody else. But soon Elizabeth passed away, then Zoe became depressed and her health went down. One night, Zoe was walking down the street yelling her sister’s name and then was taken to the hospital, and later died. The ghost of Zoe wanders the house looking for her sister. Guests across the street will also see her standing in the window.
