If you listen to the television, you would think that the aforementioned types of people are the only people who live in these kinds of neighborhoods. Of course you now know from my first hand experience that this is not true. There are diverse population of different professionals like teachers, plumbers, nurses, bus drivers, mechanics, bookkeepers, construction workers, and so on, who also live in low income neighborhoods for a varieties reasons.
