The Technology we need to get to Mars The technology particularly required to get to Mars is astonishing! From solar sails to robots, they all will be astounding. But three factors affect the technology. Cost, time, and engineering. Without these chattels, the expedition to Mars could be a flop. But, we do have these elements, even though it may not seem like it . With those three factors, getting to Mars will be a successful mission. Cost is just one of the three things that affect the technology. Cost is the most important of all of them. Cost affects how well the technology is built. If you don’t get enough money, your product will be a failure. The parts of the technology cost money. The people you hire need to be paid. Then, instead of getting the safest technology, you get the cheapest. Which, in turn, might cause lives to be lost. And we don’t have enough of it. It always seems that we run out of time. That’s exactly what happens to the developers of the technologies. They run out of time, and don’t finish the part that they need. Then they put the product in the rocket, and it fails. Therefore, costing lives in the long run. Another thing it affects, is the review and look-over of the product, or rocket itself. The less time we have, the more chance we have to look over things.
